Negotiable Certificate of Deposit

The following requirements and benefits are available with this deposit instrument:

• A minimum amount of N$1 million is required for this type of deposit, with a minimum term of three months;
• Nedbank will issue certificates to you, and you can choose to split the investment into different denominations to make trading more flexible (minimum split N$1 million);
• Interest rates are fixed for the term of the investment and are quoted only on a term-effective basis; and
• Capital can be traded in the market or sold back to Nedbank at any time during the life of the investment.
